Adjudica.AI — Glass Box Solutions, Inc.
Introduction
We want to be honest about what you're signing up for — and what we're asking you to trust us with.
Adjudica is purpose-built for California Workers' Compensation attorneys. Not legal tech broadly. Not document management generally. WC — AME evaluations, QME reports, PD ratings, treating physician records, WCAB proceedings. The specificity is the point. But specificity takes time to get right, and you can't know if we got it right without actually using it on real matters.
That's what this beta is. It's not a polished demo. It's a working platform that we're asking you to stress-test against the actual complexity of WC practice. You're not just testing software — you're helping shape how AI serves California's injured workers and the attorneys who represent them on both sides of the matter.
We're excited about this collaboration. We also understand the trust and professional risk you're placing in a new platform when you run client work through it. These Beta Program & Evaluation Terms document our mutual obligations clearly, so there are no surprises.
By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to these Beta Terms. They supplement and are incorporated into the Adjudica.AI Terms of Service ("ToS") and End User License Agreement ("EULA").
1. Beta Program Overview
1.1 Founding Firms Program
The "20 Founding Firms" program is the deepest level of engagement we offer. Selected California Workers' Compensation law firms receive:
- Early access to Adjudica.AI before general availability
- Opportunity to shape product development — your feedback directly influences what we build next
- Preferential pricing upon general availability
- Direct input to the product team, including scheduled calls with our founders
- Recognition as a founding partner
We chose to limit this to 20 firms deliberately. We want real relationships, real feedback, and real accountability — not a broad beta where user voices get lost in the noise.
1.2 Evaluation Access
Evaluation access gives prospective customers a genuine opportunity to assess fit before committing. This means time to:
- Assess Adjudica.AI capabilities against your actual caseload
- Determine fit for your practice — solo firms and large WC shops have different workflows, and we want you to know which end of that spectrum we serve best
- Test integration with existing workflows
- Evaluate security and compliance posture for your clients' PHI
1.3 Free Trials
Free trial access allows users to:
- Experience core Adjudica.AI features
- Process a limited number of documents
- Access the platform for a limited time period
2. Eligibility
2.1 Founding Firms Program
This program is for working California WC firms, not passive observers. Eligible participants must:
- Be a law firm primarily practicing California Workers' Compensation
- Have at least one licensed California attorney
- Commit to providing regular feedback — this is the exchange we're asking for
- Execute required agreements including BAA (if processing PHI)
- Be selected by Glass Box Solutions
2.2 Evaluation and Trials
Eligible participants must:
- Represent a legitimate legal practice or organization
- Provide accurate registration information
- Have authority to bind their organization
- Agree to these Beta Terms
3. Beta Services
3.1 Pre-Release Software
Beta Program participants may receive access to:
- Features not yet generally available
- Experimental or prototype functionality
- Pre-release versions of the platform
- Features that may change significantly before release
We'll tell you when something you're testing is rough around the edges. We'd rather you know than be surprised.
3.2 No Guarantee of Features
Glass Box Solutions makes no commitment that:
- Any beta feature will be released generally
- Features will function identically in production
- Features will be available at the same price
- The platform will be released as anticipated
4. Participant Obligations
4.1 Feedback Requirement
This is the heart of the Founding Firms relationship. Beta Program participants agree to:
- Provide candid feedback on features and functionality — including the critical kind
- Report bugs, errors, and issues promptly
- Respond to surveys and feedback requests
- Participate in scheduled feedback sessions (Founding Firms)
- Allow Glass Box Solutions to contact them regarding feedback
We mean candid. If the PD rating output is wrong, tell us. If the QME summary missed a critical functional limitation, tell us. If something about the workflow doesn't match how your office actually runs a WC matter — especially that.
4.2 Confidentiality
You'll see things during the beta that aren't public yet. Beta Program participants agree to:
- Keep beta features and functionality confidential
- Not disclose beta information to competitors
- Not publish reviews or comparisons without permission
- Return or destroy confidential materials upon request
Confidential Information includes:
- Unreleased features and functionality
- Product roadmap and timeline information
- Pricing not yet publicly announced
- Technical specifications and architecture
- Feedback from other beta participants
4.3 Use Restrictions
Beta participants shall NOT:
- Use beta features for production work without understanding limitations
- Share beta access credentials with unauthorized persons
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Benchmark or compare to competitors without permission
- Use beta access beyond the evaluation purpose
5. PHI and Confidential Data in Beta
5.1 BAA Requirement
If you process Protected Health Information (PHI) during the Beta Program, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before uploading any PHI.
This is non-negotiable. QME reports, treating physician records, medical histories — these are PHI. The BAA must be signed first. Contact beta@adjudica.ai and we'll get it done quickly.
5.2 Test Data Recommended
For evaluation purposes, we recommend using:
- Anonymized or de-identified documents
- Sample documents without real PHI
- Test data provided by Glass Box Solutions
5.3 Production Use During Beta
If you choose to use beta services for actual client matters:
- You do so at your own risk
- You acknowledge the limitations described herein
- A BAA must be in place for PHI
- You must verify all AI outputs before reliance
We understand that the most useful feedback comes from real cases. We also want you to exercise appropriate professional judgment about which matters to run through a pre-production platform.
